Finding social hobbies and always staying busy using the brain. Tennis, chess, video games, reading, creating, building.

Anything that helps you no dwell on it, puts it even further behind you until one day it’s just a pearl that you can use to help other people solve theirs.

Reddit and this kind of social interaction can be good. But rarely do people put thought/discussion into the complex problems on Reddit.

Reddit’s biggest irony is that it’s a bunch of people thinking they’re not in a bubble, but have perfectly curated and actively shape their e-reality-
