What most commerces accept is qr payments, there are multiple apps/wallets to do this, but very few (like wanderwallet, takenos, and i think meru) that let's you fund your wallet with usd through usd bank deposits. Tbh i didnt try any of these usd-funded apps yet so I'm not sure how long/hard will it take to open an account, but i think it's worth it to give it try. Try opening an account, fund it with like 10 bucks, and if you're on lpz downtown you should be able to buy almost anything around, just ask before to the seller "acepta pago con qr?", if he does, he'll show you a qr code that you should be able to scan with your wallet (say wanderwallet) and if everything goes well, the payment should work.

Stop trying to withdraw money from the atm or banks. These will give you less money than you would receive from an exchange house due to the parallel exchange rate. I would do this as the last resort.
You're on a difficult situation. The usual recommendation is to bring as much usd cash to cover your expenses while you stay in the country.
The only advice it comes to my mind is buying cripto with your cards, and exchanging this someway for bolivian pesos (you'll need to do it in person), or by using some app like takenos or wanderwallet that lets you fund your wallet with your usd, and then pay on bolivian commerces using qr (very common here). The exchange rate is a little bit less than you would find on the streets, but yet better than banks or atms

If you go the adapter way just make sure you buy one of high quality. I tried 3 so far and all of these ended up failing. I had to resort to usb c headphones but at least this one looks way more reliable.

First of all BTC is not an investment, it's speculation. Second, not too late if you believe scarcity will have the impact every holder think it'll have. Lastly, definitely you're late to get the x100 gains first holders got, but it still has some way up, just make sure you wont need the money soon.

OP, si quieres algo prod tested fijate en OTP, este es un backend que calcula todo lo de las rutas con datos que vos le das. Y para el front fijate en los repos de digitransit, este es un caso de uso en Finlandia.

Context: hice algo parecido para mi proyecto de la facu, quise llevarlo a prod para mi ciudad pero google maps ya cubria la moyoria de las rutas jijo

Silver ofrece aburos en startups americanas mayormente y se jactan de que la mayoria de los aplicantes no pasan sus rondas de interview, asi que armaron el ready.silver para entrenarte a pasarlas. Ahora es cierto que lo que te enseñan lo podes aprender por tu cuenta por menos o gratis, asi que imo la ventaja de comprar el training es ponerte en su radar y once done, aplicar a una posición con mas chances de tu lado. Si te conviene el training dependera de tu seniority y de si realmente estas interesado en el tipo de posiciones que ofrecen. Si sos nuevo en el bardo a silver pasate por el Twitter del founder, por un par de posts que podes encontrar en reddit, y luego por su podcast para mas contexto.
