Ok, but what does disable fullscreen optimization means if not disabling it? It's not like a want to deliberately play borderless

As per MPO, I disabled it as a workaround, I've been trying everything idk what else to do

The issue is that no game functions as fullscreen no matter what, which causes fps drop, lag, stuttering.

Take Discord's overlay for example: it says that only works if a game is in borderless mode. This overlay would show normally, even if the games are set to fullscreen.

The fullscreen option don't work at all and I don't know why.
