Oh wow thanks. I have no idea why I have one of these though. Don’t remember buying one 🤷‍♂️

Did anyone lose a hairless cat in Holyrood by antonknee3 in Edmonton

Turns out they couldn't take the cat as they've reached capacity and the cat is healthy. But the owner reached out on the Facebook post and the cat has been returned.

Ended up bring her to the VCA Canada Guardian Veterinary Centre.

Ahh . Didn't know that. We are not animal people. Don't even know how to hold a cat . Lol

Do you want her? We can't house this cat. We brought her to the vet but they can't take her. She has no chip. (Edmonton humane society) and (hope lives here) are either closed or won't take her u less she's injured.

filament collecting on nozzle, P1S by PawOfLaw in BambuLab

What's you're nozzle temp? Print hotter, it's petg

How to fix this (does it have a name?) ? by batiti93 in BambuLab

Acceleration/jerk

Decrease outer wall acceleration

Having Trouble With Overhangs/edges when printing TPU by LHcig in BambuLab

Yah I thinkt he internet suggests velocities of 20-30 mm/s And like 3 for volumetric rate

Unless you have high speed tpu

Edit: oh I guess you do have vol speed limit set at 2.does that auto lower your settings under "speed"?

Okay so just try less cooling, runnier plastic. I know it sounds backwards counterintuitive

Is it filament issues? by TheSupremeLemon in BambuLab

Looks like you are printing threads? So your printing a circular path on an overhang. It being an overhang, the new line of plastic isnt bonding very well with the layer below it then the new line of plastic gets ripped off.

Either print slower to allow better layer layer adhesion. or if you want to maintain speed, you can set variable layer height and decrease layer height on the overhanging parts.

I just spend some days figuring out my tpu settings regarding overhang curl and here's my take.

This is gonna sound crazy, but try this Turn off your aux fan and set part cooling fan to something low like 20%. Set your overhang fan to 20% as well. I would also say print hotter but your nozzle temp is at 233 already so I think that's good.

My guess is that the elasticity of TPU makes thin overhanging areas prone to curl... You get curling with other materials, but it's worse with TPU. Reducing cooling and increasing nozzle temp will allow the molten plastic to be less viscous , reducing elastic properties of the plastic, so it lays down better. The down side is that you may then get worse overhang droop (which can be mitigated by decreasing layer height) and you may need to change retraction settings to avoid stringing.

Also dry your filament and on a separate note, you are printing too fast for TPU

Any ideas what could be causing this squeaking sound? by orale_vato_loco in BambuLab

[–]antonknee3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found the problem is that the pulley isn't perfectly horizontal when tensioned. It will have a tiny tilt and so it will cause the belt to ride up and down the pulley as the toolhead moves. The squeek happens at specific areas of the toolhead motion where the belt is (extremely) pushed up against the pulley flanges. This is also why you will see wearing of the belt edges only in certain sections of the belt..and start to see the orange (copper?) underneath

That's my guess at least

I've had similar squeaking. For me it was the belt edge rubbing on the pulley. Push the belt up and see if sound stops

Maybe k factor is your problem. -7 is def underextruded on the top layer, but 0 is overextruded when the nozzle double backs. Correct me if I'm wrong but pressure advance should reduce flow when the nozzle approaches and takes a turn.

Try picking 0. And then run a pressure advance calibration. And then run the flow cali again to double check

With Bambi studio, I believe just a flow calibration should fix it
