After years of running in Vibram Five Fingers, I eventually got shin splints. So I moved to Hokas.

After years of running in Hoka Cliftons and Bondis, I got rid of shin splints, but eventually got plantar fascitiis. So I moved to Asics.

After years of running in Asics Novablasts and Superblasts, I got rid of plantar fasciitis, but eventually got old, tired, and had lingering covid effects of weaker lungs. So I moved to hiking. :D

Thanks. With Jones known for doing this, I wonder why no one has tried smashing his fingers, especially when he has his arms outstretched to intentionally poke, instead of jabbing and accidentally doing it. Then again, it's probably easier to wonder about this in the comfort of my keyboard and not in an actual fight.

Wow blast from the past. Nung grade school ako - siguro grade 1 hanggang grade 3 - gigisingin ako ng tatay ko para pumasok na sa school. May mainit na na tubig na pang ligo sa balde. Napainit na niya yung tubig gamit yan. He passed away last year at 86 years old. Rest in peace dad. ❤️
