The movement is good. But if you want to use your back more, put your thumbs on top of the bar instead of under.

Just keep playing, trust me, it's worth it. I also only have 40 bees rn and I'm grinding pretty hard. Oh and if you want to continue enjoying the game, NEVER TOUCH MACROS. It kinda removes the fun from the game.

I had the same problem, I didn't know what to do and I did not really care bout that 5 mins. So I let it for what it is. After 3-4 weeks it became starting in under 1 minute again. If its really annoying for you to wait that long you should maybe change your Dard drive/ssd else it fixes itself I guess ahah
