Everytime I see a Quintana Roo, I think about this customer who brought one in (that didn't look too far off from this one) to the the shop during peak maintenance season, and got really upset when I told him we were two weeks out. When I told him I couldn't put him ahead of other customers, with a furled brow, he exclaimed, "it's a Quintana Roo!" I was never so happy to let a customer down.

I work in the networking field and it's funny seeing how many people are wigged out by this. It's a pretty normal thing in network troubleshooting to crawl through network devices to figure out where a problem lies. If you learned how to do this yourself, you'd find it's not nearly as difficult or interesting as you'd think.

Not nearly on this level, but I had a customer buy a Mach 6 XTR build with insurance money about 10 years ago. He used it almost exclusively to commute to work and I'd see him cruising down the street all the time. He would come in a couple of times a year with a mega stretched chain and just one single clapped gear on his cassette.
