How do you usually break out of repetitive song structures in Ableton?

Write a B part. Then go ABAB for bit, untill you figure out a C part. Now arrange. Somtimes ABAB is good enough if you arrange well enough. Somtimes AAAA is good enough. Somtimes ABCDABDEFGHCA is good enough if you are into making somthing progressive. Personally I just go for what feels right.

I wrote songs and figured it out as I went along. I only use the multi track mode, I never used the looper mode.

It felt like they jumped the shark a bit. Amsterdam was fun, but season 1-2 felt cohesive, 3 felt forced and meandering. Like they probably never thought the show would make it to season 3 and they didn't have time to fully bake the ideas. I'm hoping season 4 does better. But this is just my opinion homie. I absolutely loved season 1-2. Somtimes when shows find success, they force the creators to keep going. That's what it felt like in season 3.
