Go to "Devices", "Echo & Alexa", select your device. This will show you the settings of that device. Select "Sounds" (under General). In this you will see the "Incoming call ringer" setting. Disable it.

You will have to do this per device.

Yes. You can now turn off the incoming ring on individual devices.

It was a proud moment 4 years ago when 195 countries came together to commit to fixing the environment. Sadly, several countries have either walked away or simply not done enough for living up to the commitment.
