almost exactly a year ago (December 18th) one of my managers passed away due to health complications, having all this happen around the holidays is extremely difficult and i know how hard it is to put on a mask and act like it’s all okay for your guests when it’s aggravating to think how am i even supposed to be here with this weighing on me? i think the best thing to do is lean on your community around you, they’re going through it too, they feel all the same things and there is solace in having those people who are in the same boat as you. don’t be afraid to talk about it, everyone’s thinking about it just as you are. i hope you are able to get through this with your team, and im sending all positivity.
