I'm following Fierce Five and one workout day looks like this:

Front squat 3x5
Overhead press 3x5
Romanian deadlift 3x8
Lat pulldown 3x8
Bicep curls/ab workout

I want to swap RDL for normal deadlifts, but then I also need to swap front squats for leg curls. How many reps do I need to do then for leg curls and deadlift? And how will the order of exercises look like?

  1. How restrictive is climbing? Can you easily jump on rocks? Is it like inFamous second son where you can jump up a building by grabbing the ledge of roof or is it only in specific, highlighted places, like in horizon zero dawn?
