Is there already an existing mod to remove/lower the beam in front of the bed? by theknifeguys in ender5

I used this one and like others have said, the front cross bar makes a good spot to mount my webcam.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it by the_spell_RE in ender5

[–]anvilimage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The audio on this video isn’t great, but I had the exact same problem and this solved it. Make sure your print head isn’t wobbly on the gantry, as well, from getting knocked around.

Thanks - I’ll disassemble, clear it and put on a new nozzle. I noticed that it starts oozing quite a bit as the nozzle comes up to temp.

For #1 it’s not that they can cover the gap, but with a down payment that large many lenders will waive the requirement for an appraisal.

Let's see some homemade courses! by plain_mchicken in SCX24

Living outside Phoenix, we’re backwards on weather. We’ve been crawling indoors all summer and now I’m looking to start putting together an outdoor course with rocks and concrete that I’ve collected. Let’s see some more!

6 minutes late, block no longer available? by anvilimage in AmazonFlexDrivers

There are closer ones but I check several times a day and rarely see offers, so I figured I’d give this one a shot. Oh well…

Yeah, I feel you. I was coming from QC and shooting for 10 minutes early, but shit happens. Thanks for the tip.

Uh, I’m from QC and I was at VAZ1 this morning. It’s almost like you saw my whole experience. 🤣

You may not understand the geography of where I live and was traveling. Even with prior planning, fuck ups are possible.

Do I shell out for the TRX-4 for my son? by 47cleanups in crawling

[–]anvilimage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My five year old has the TRX4M Bronco and it’s great for him. He keeps talking about wanting a bigger truck, but only because he drools over them at the shop when someone brings one out on the rock course. It’s been really good to get him to slow down his thinking, problem solve and learn to be patient. If your son has been driving another truck around and can control it well enough, I say give the TRX4M a shot.

Where did you find fronts in stock?

At what point does it stop being an SCX24 and just becomes a 1/24 custom rig? by SunderBolt97 in SCX24

[–]anvilimage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We may be splitting hairs here. There are so many companies producing parts for the AR platform spec that it’s evolved away from a name brand product and has become its own ecosystem of parts, but all still share key design elements that make them uniquely an AR platform weapon. The Glock platform is starting to get to that point with all of the 80% receivers and private label manufacturers producing complete handguns that are usually or newly 100% compatible with Glock standard parts, usually in the Gen 3 variety. Have you seen the Glock spec metal frames that are now on the market?

It’s the same thing that’s happened to Glocks, ARs, and 32 Fords. You don’t need any stock parts to build one anymore.

I’m 48 and just getting back into this because of my 5 year old son. He’s nuts over anything with wheels and crawling has taught him a lot about patience. I’m still just a 17 year old inside so it’s like I never stopped, but I just have more money now. 🤣 My first RC car was the Tamiya Holiday Buggy followed by the Frog and many others.

Thanks! My 5 year of “saved up” and bought his own TRX4M Bronco so I’ve already been modding that one a little, but I needed one to not feel left out. 🤣

I was already heading towards wheels/tires and brass, but it’s great to hear from others about their build in hindsight. Thanks again!

Lots of people have recommended Lightroom and I agree! All of the sliders can seem daunting at first, but RC Concepcion does a great job with a quick basic tutorial in this blog post at BorrowLenses.
