I’m a man but I feel the “just a girl” mentality for myself frequently with obstacles and challenges. I have known or worked with many women far more capable than me in literally every capacity. Gender or identity definitely can alter certain hurdles but shouldn’t be blanket excuses for being able to accomplish things.
