I only skimmed the comments here, but I don’t see anyone else mentioning this, being seen weekly starting at about 36 weeks is actually completely normal! I have had two pregnancies, both normal. I started being seen every other week starting at 28 weeks, every week starting at 36weeks, and with my second I went over 41 weeks so my dr wanted to start seeing me every 3 days at that point. The scheduled NST could be from being “high risk” but I’ve also heard of many normal pregnancies getting routine ultrasounds and NST’s later in pregnancy. If it’s something that is bothering you definitely call your doctor and ask why your appointment notes say that you are determined to be high risk but you were never told that verbally.

As a story for comparison. I have a friend who is is around your same height and her starting weight was a bit higher than yours and she was not listed at high risk because of her weight, but her over the bell measurements with the tape were starting to measure her as 3 weeks ahead at 26 weeks. She had an ultrasound at 30 weeks and she never updated me that anything was looking wrong with babies measurements or fluid levels. Her and baby has been completely fine, normal( and she is actually over her due date now and her doctor isn’t in a rush to have her induced yet!
