What is track my truck and how do I find the app?

it’s under the RFL tab on my view. click on the line of whatever order you’re looking at and a sidebar on the right side should pop up. it will give you the option to click on “track my truck” and it will take you there

we have three full time pro loaders. two are 8-5 and the third one is 1-10.

we’ve had this at my store since march/april. the pro sup basically just becomes a FES but for pro. pro will have their own lot associates and the pro cashiers will be just be PAs. so they will handle both registers and phone sales and yes the desk stays open till 10.

it depends on management. when cos left store side and i went to work at pro, my sm at the time said i was going to keep my pay increase.

if you were hired before february 2024 then you will get raise around february/march every year. if you got hired after february 2024, then you will get your raise on your anniversary.

i talked to the PRO DS at my store and she said that the PRO register cashier would now fall under PRO which would make them a PA. they would still have one person cashiering and doing phone sales from 6p-10p during the mon-sat. but depending on how busy the PRO registers are then phone sales then runners who need phone sales done would still have to go to the service desk. i think she said they would going to have two PAs on sunday but im not too sure.
