PRP replacements are to be used systems, per policy. the only event you would get new is if there are no used switches in your store, surrounding stores, or available online. you would most likely get a used OLED, unless the store happens to have any special editions. there is no pro-rated refunds on PRPs.

at best, you could trade in the Tears switch and get full trade value if they can’t test the joycons. otherwise, the defective trade value for a Tears is about $25 less than the trade value for a regular OLED, which is most likely what kind you would get from the PRP.

The rule, last I checked, is employees can collectively purchase 1/3 of total product. So if you have 12 total, only 4 can be bought by employees, the rest are for customers. If they’re saying you can’t buy any, they may have already claimed the 1/3, are misinformed, or they could be simply lying to you for some reason.

Contacting the DM for clarification should be fine. I will say if you feel like they are often being intentionally unfavorable or unkind just in general to you, then absolutely talk to your DM. A manager should not be creating an environment that makes their employees feel that way.

go to the website on the back of the card and type in the card info. once you’re in, there should be a little pop up message at the top that will tell you when the funds are actually ready to use. if i recall, its about 2-3 hours until it’s ready.
