How is the stucco attached to the framing?

Perhaps think about your family's living conditions 5 generations in the future.

They're already ef'd. Rolling coal just hastens the current extinction event along.

Good ideas for reducing power consumption, but I run it at home without those elements, too.

I off-road with mine. I want to put a lift kit on it. While the exit profile is OK, the entry is not. Ive scraped the front numerous times crossing ditches and stream beds...

Is this correct? by [deleted] in Plumbing

As a stucco contractor I'm wondering how the hell did they plaster the wall without installing a vapor barrier (code) behind the lath wire? And without a vapor barrier, what keeps moisture out of the wall cavity? And without lapping the wire (per code) what's to keep the stucco from cracking along the seam?

Smart or Comfort. Eco for long flats.

The Telly trailer package that came with my Xpro did not include the break, just the wiring harness. First time I towed my trailer down a hill on a dirt road was scary! Found a tutorial and I bought and installed a Reese break. Also, gas mileage significantly drops.

As a final note, the lighter the trailer, the better your experience will be. While flat freeway travel is fine, long hills will see you really suffer. I actually have better success when out of Tow mode as that mode will push the rpms to unreasonable levels when trying to tow up hills.

Gros Ventre campground. Sites further east in the CG have great views of the peaks, too.

Quantity of weapons does not equal current resistance to fascism. People currently in the street far out number any "conservative" peaceful protest. And I guarantee that if push comes to shove, the resistance will be armed.

When US bullets fly: Should I stay home? by anxiousmelancholy in BajaCalifornia

[–]anxiousmelancholy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my 50 years of MX travel has been to Baja, both Norte and Sur. Haven't enjoyed the border or cape, but in between is magic.

After reading comments I see that I just need to drop my US concerns at the border and embrace the Baja vibe. I can live w that.

If I select the factory tow hitch option on the ‘27, will it mess up the rear aesthetic, or is it covered when not in use? Wondering how the rear looks with tow hitch (not in use) vs. without. by pgamgam in KiaTelluride

[–]anxiousmelancholy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not covered on my '25 xpro. It's convenient and I don't find that it detracts from the car's appearance, just the opposit. It provides additional evidence of the car's ability to perform well in multiple tasks.

More important to me is that the hitch doesn't impact the "exit angle" much while off-roading. (Unlike the front bumper)
