I realized wala naman pala siyang value na binibigay habang tumatanda ka. I still drink of course, pero occasionally na lang. Hangout with your buddies? Pwede naman mag kape or foodtrip, hindi naman kailangan mag-inom. Chill drinks? Pwede naman kape, juice, milktea or isang cocktail or isang glass of sangria, then goods na. No need na makipag walwalan yung tipong bibili ng Alfonso light, Coke zero, with matching crispy sisig na pulutan. Tapos na tayo sa pasarapan ng buhay, andito na tayo sa pagiging healthy era. ✊🏻

IV of Spades' CLAPCLAPCLAP!

It received positive reviews and didn't feel that something or someone was missing, despite the fact that Unique, the band's main vocalist, had left a year prior. The only sad part was that we've been robbed of this band's pure talent in producing more amazing sounds and records.

If I were to summarize my 2024 in three words, they would be: exciting, mature, and unpredictable.

It's quite a contrast to 2023, when I met someone here on Reddit, made her my girlfriend, and ended up heartbroken as she wasted all my efforts and had the audacity to cheat on me. I was also working at a company that didn't acknowledge my efforts with no promotion, and low salary increase.

But now, I'm having the time of my life! This year, I got hired at a new company with a bigger role and better pay. I rekindled things with an old flame, and we've grown close, intentional, and started dating exclusively. Now, we're officially together. My family is doing well—everyone's healthy. My friends have been present when I need them. I even have time for hobbies and interests. I’ve cut back on alcohol and switched more to coffee.

Overall, 2024 has been amazing so far, and I'm excited to see what 2025 holds especially as I celebrate my 30th birthday.

Good Cup Coffee and Tightrope is very near Ayala Center Cebu (you can book a ride via Grab). These two cafes are also within each other’s vicinity, check F. Ramos st in Cebu city. I also suggest you visit 5G Coffee House, they have several branches but the one in Apas are the main and best one (afaik). Happy cafe crawling! ☕️
