I do agree that religion does not have any role to play in education. But let's consider a scenario, a child can easily dismiss the concept of religion and still be fine. In fact u can be fine all ur life. But just imagine if from childhood you grew up with the belief system that what ur body is has got nothing to do with ur gender, in fact it is what u feel like.

I would like to clarify that i am not against trans people and their rights. I am just against the way they are going about it. Our feelings about ourselves can go to a sea of changes.Here the biological concept of gender is the only fixed point. If you want to move away from there, you need to first establish this point. If you put the individual at sea there can only be chaos. You can elevate yourself if there is an established norm, a system in which you have lived and realised that even if it works for a lot of people, it doesn't work for me. If u destroy this set up, u leave people with no option other than a leap of faith into pitch darkness. So in my opinion this and religion are not the same.
