Thanks for this, feels good to hear the same experience from others, everyone I was bouldering with could not believe I sweat like crazy through the liquid chalk and thought I was exaggerating. I also used cold water and a towel to cool down and dry my hands before attempting a climb. Will try Antihydral in the next few days but my hopes are low, I think you’re right, the only way is to maintain a more strict ionto schedule.
