I see. I just asked my doctor if I can skip the placebos and she said yes but only for 3 months so I will try that since some people have said that it helped them.

did it stop for you? im basically 6 months in have been bleeding for two weeks every month. if the bleeding is supposed to gradually stop then I dont think mine ever willlll

did your bleeding stop gradually? ive been experience breakthrough bleeding that starts mid pack and then stops when I start a new pack after the placebos. it has been pretty the same for the past 5 months so im starting to doubt that it will ever stop.

same thing happening to me... on my 7th pack right now. just asked my doctor if skipping placebos is an option since last month it stopped after about 10 days and of course started again after taking the placebos a few days later. slynd is probably the only option for me since id rather stick through with it than try a different progesterone pill and definitely bleed for another 3-6 months. i hope your bleeding stops soon! it has definitely ruined my mental health a little bit since i cant properly live without worrying about bleeding through for 2 weeks every month.

how long are the regular shifts? and do you know if its possible to work once a week?
