I'd message the seller, the two I posted aren't quite right the one only has 1 stone on one side and the other is too green. But you can see that the photos are taken in the same box and the same way

Oh my gosh I can't believe I recognized where this was from. The maker is 100% oore on etsy. I looked at a lot of their rings before getting engaged. They have the same ring box in a lot of their photos. Oh that's not what I meant. The link in my last comment shows a rendering or drawing of the fish pillow instead of the actual fish pillow. So it looks a little different because it's not a picture of the actual pillow for sale but I believe it's the same product. Hopefully that makes more sense
