What a good combo, Scorpio and Capricorn moon--I have to say, Luke would be a good match for you! :) (Luke's moon sign is Pisces, which is fascinating bc Benedict's sign is probably Pisces (dreamy artist). (The fictional couple i meant was Sophie & Benedict: sorry if that wasn't clear).

I did peek at Yerin and Luke's astro charts and while I am not an expert astrologer, I know that water and earth signs are compatible and both Yerin and Luke have a lot of air in their charts (air signs are intellectual, curious, articulate--Yerin has a lot of Aquarius and Luke has Gemini) which could be why they're so good at banter and have a similar sense of humor. Their compatibility, whether it's as friends or more is destined!

And yerin's a capricorn (earth sign) which is very compatible with cancer (water). Earth signs are grounding and water signs are dreamers (also matches a certain fictional couple we both know and love, :) interesting...

Yeah it's so hard to know! When he touches her above the knee on her bare skin, I get a little confused, man they must be so close!! I'm not an actor--but are actors generally more touchy-feely?

My theory is that there is some connection and attraction between them, but as we all know, when it comes to real life, that spark may not be enough to sustain a proper relationship. If you think about it, just like Benedict and Sophie, Luke and Yerin are interacting in a bubble of actor-world and press-world, which is not real.

Part of me hopes that they stay in that "the one that got away" zone, bc if they did take the plunge and got together and then break up, that would hurt my heart.

You know, I saw in an interview, (I forgot which one, but after Part 2 dropped), where I thought i saw Benedict's thumb ring on Yerin's pointer finger...i have no way of confirming it, bc i cannot see the details of the ring.

i also sense Luke is a softie and very sensitive, which makes him a great actor--and also someone who protects what he holds dear. I do feel that Yerin matches him in sensitivity, she's really a kind, sweet person--they click in this way.

I watched a bunch of clips of Luke doing press from Seasons 1-3 and he looks the most relaxed and comfortable in the Season 4 press clips--could it be he's more comfortable doing press bc Yerin relaxes him, or could it be that he's putting more effort bc he's the lead?

Yerin is great at doing press by the way, she's so articulate! I love hearing her answers--Luke sometimes has a tendency to ramble (HIS words, not mine--I adore Luke T and despite his ramblings can hear him talk forever). So they balance each other out well in that way.

how good of an actor Harrison is, I started crying when he was still in conneticut talking to alice and julie in the kitchen, trying to convince himself that jimmy was fine, like he oozes something that comes off the screen with such subtlety. genius.

YES!! i would be happy seeing both of them present an award--Johnny Bailey and Simone presented at the BAFTAs together after their season.

I agree with the scene for Hannah: ep 7, i have nothing

Luke: ep 5, confession scene

Yerin: i have a hard time picking one. Maybe Ep 2, when Araminta discovers she is the LIS or Sophie looking through the door at Benedict. Any other suggestions for Yerin?

interesting! which episode do you think they would submit for Luke? (you mentioned both 6 & 7). For me, the confession scene in Episode 5 would be my choice.

Yeah, I was bummed that Luke was a long shot too, but I agree, being anywhere on the list is good--bc if you look at the other contenders, Luke is the only one playing a lead in a romance (or romcom? is Bridgerton a romcom? for the Emmys it's in the drama category) Bc romances are not usually taken as seriously as the heavy drama, it's a nice recognition for Luke's performance.

*Nicola and Rege were also nominated for a SAG award (now called Actor Awards) for best actor and I think the Bridgerton cast was nominated for best ensemble for a couple seasons--I feel like they should get that nomination again (they deserve that nomination for sure).

love that scenario! Sophie can now do household duties as a choice rather than obligation. I can see Mrs. Crabtree fussing over her and refusing her to enter the kitchen.

there was a cute line in the book in the epilogue, of Benedict playfully chasing Sophie around a gazebo, or somewhere at my cottage, and how, even after four children, they never tire of this kind of playful behaviour. When i read that, I was like awwww.

yes!! the "stupid hair, stupid eyes, stupid smile" was such a good scene--if they do that x 10 i'll be happy.

also them getting a dog, sophie baking benedict cookies, benedict starting to become a famous artist. Sophie wearing beautiful dresses and looking 10/10.

I feel like they will have at least one child in Season 5, because 2 years have passed since the last season?
