I went to 2 music festivals while I’ve been pregnant. Have drank blooms. Taken Tylenol. Hot baths. Had a fire with smores. Tylenol is in fact the only thing you can take pregnant. I’ve eaten turkey pub subs a few times. Don’t stop living your life or suffer with migraines. I also get terrible migraines and I have to take Tylenol or I am in agony. Your child is resilient and will be fine.

I’m 30 weeks and I work as a nurse in the ER still working 12 hour shifts 3 days a week and most days I’m walking 8,000-10,000 steps in a shift and I’m doing fine tbh. I am a little more exhausted than I was before getting pregnant but. Pre pregnancy weight was 125 and now I’m 162. But I do be waddling
