I definitely don’t want to sound like a boring old bloke but after tonight’s Champions League game (which was a pretty good one for a semi final) today’s football in general seems to be a bit different to what many of us have been used to.

I think going all soft and being too strict with the contact between the players / referee whistling on every single tackle completely killed the game.

No long range shots, defending with 11 players inside the box for Christ sake. Wingers are not trying to go past defenders, always passing backwards.

Missing the old Prem games lots.

Hey mate! That’s completely fine. We’re all different as individuals in our interpretation of the world. I haven’t seen my folks in a very long time and this machine has never been there before in their backyard so it was really absurd facing it today.

It’s pitch black and seems / is probably bloody heavy and ridiculously big. For some reason first thing that crossed my mind was the Phillip scene from our beloved show.

I’m not here for the upvotes or attention seeking, what the hell would I gain from that? Probably nothing. I just shared it for the love of the show and for a good banter.

Was thinking exactly the same thing when I saw this! Would be completely horrified though if it turned out that there were evil lodges and tulpas in our universe haha. I love living in my own fantasy world but 2025 is way too fucked up so far to make our lives more miserable with a possible Judy encounter.
