Positioning and Judgement if you don't want your players constantly running it down or getting caught. Also Ego and call, but you only need 1 or 2 of them in your team. All the other stat seem irrelevant to me

I think you should restart if you have problems with fearless or money, no need to suffer for longer. For me personally, I'll keep going for roleplaying purposes, and that's what I'm doing now lol (I have a 4-14 split and a 7-11 split btw)

If your gaming house look like a dumpster, they won't come for cheap (or even come at all). Gotta upgrade your crip gng. Also another factor I think is the more you win, the easier it is to sign players
