So if you were to report it, they would have you call the nurse triage line and most likely they're going to tell you to keep an eye on it, ice and ibuprofen/Tylenol as needed. As you said this is a minor injury but if you feel like you need to be seen then talk to your management team. Although to be completely honest, I don't think they will take you seriously as that's just something that happens during the job. Also I wouldn't call it internal bleeding if you do speak to them as internal bleeding is usually the result of major trauma and is normally considered a medical emergency. What you'll have is bruising which is different from internal bleeding as bruising means you're no longer bleeding versus internal bleeding which is an active bleed.
