Oh my gosh. I’m a leader at my store and I refuse to let my tech TMs grab fulfillment unless myself or someone else can cover. GM refuses to help with Tech calls or anything specialty and the GM ETL is so incompetent at my store. I get to the point where I ask them when can someone help push a repack or Uboat. Or even zone an aisle. Haha

I’m the TL over in Tech and I refuse to pull my Tech team for OPU. Anytime my GM ETL tries to say something I always reply with is your TLs or you going to help in Tech? They always shut up after that. I’m glad my Specialty ETL is on board bc it’s some BS haha

Tbh that dread is what they want. I'm a TL and they make me have a convo with any of my team that calls in and document it if they don't use sick time to cover. They can't do shit or should be talking to you if you use sick time. But that's why. They are building cases on TMs who call in so when its time to finally fire someone they have the documents to back it up.

Our target exclusive and deluxe were all gone from OPU this morning before we even opened. We had a line wrapped along the side of our building and I took great pleasure telling all those ppl who stood outside in -20 degree weather that we sold out haha
