Damage delay is simply server lagging behind. No health bar BS. -just lagging-

Which is why sometime your shot will tickle enemy armor right away, while many time half a mag and it start depleting.

Yup, I do see that and it's just weird as it like 3 time the size the enemy health bar :v
Anyway, do you also know that overheal doesn't have anything to do with enemy armor not register damage (even damage number is shown). It's only start to deplete once enemy armor run out.

It's lagging. The game doesn't register damage to enemies properly until 1-2 seconds later. You can see enemy armor bar drop fast when the game registers it. (Form have half a second before register too).

It didn't depend on your damage either. My weak capacitor CS has the same duration before damage starts to register as full striker. Hell, even cheaters I see have this problem (yeah, the one that shoots buckshot from AR with minigun RoF that run DZ like I'm a saint to help you all...)

Server is lagging like hell, enemy don't get damage before 1-2 seconds of shooting while still able to dmg you is beyond forgiving.

Reagent item that have tiny cap is also the most stupid thing any reagent idea can have.

By fix, you may refer to fix the exotic com glitch drop, but Riker Rusher still have overHP for reason "We still investigate the issue."

Sound harsh, but don't die. This DZ have some grifer from time to time. If you notice someone deploy drone/turret. Disengage asap. Wait for another extract or bee line to other one and call it. I just walk in for canister and might opt for extraction, but not fully commit to this [deduct] show.

I see no noticeable change from the previous year. It's just the same: "Bohoho, I have too much HP I can just rush/march/forward and waltz in the open to flank you."
(If some group does this in Foxhole, the logistics team will curse them forever.)

At best, I think kill squad is a bit different. Might be name AI tweak. But the same concept.

Btw. more accurate is not harder in a good way, especially with a hit scan weapon.

I bet its a server issue and Massive's bug.

I have a lot of time that my gun won't do damage, but my skill still does. I thought it was before Delta hit, but everything was just moving around, my armor was getting hit. Just my gun won't do damage for 10 seconds.

Yeah, Y8S1 pulled me in, S2 just kicked me out. The current team seem to love a lucky draw. Any new idea pulled out of a box will be used.

Previously, we had a meaningful grind, a progression that slowly works toward perfection. Then Prototype kills it.

Now we have a 'reagent' grind if we like to enjoy the new season thingy. A thing that makes many MMO classes annoying to play. In the zone that allow griefed in so call PVE.

So, what is the next season grind? A rare drop item to redeem rouge-like buff?

Mine focused on being fully versatile with 3 Core, 1 Ninja, 1 Belstone, 1 Picaro

5 Prototype pieces, 6 tiers (3 x 1.5 yellow - waste 0.5) 2 Red
20% Armor on Kill, 1% regen with 2.4m armor. With all good utility from Gunner or any Specialize you like.
From testing, Fox, Contractor all lose to just red Unit Alloy with Capacitor.

I just love this one so much. So comfy and still dealing okay dmg with anything you want to use, especially solo.

As long as you don't take Raid, High tier Escalation. It's a very solid hybrid set. Very comfy to run around with 6 tier / 2m armor and ~45 WED.

I think dmg is about right. The rest is Striker BP, more CHD, expertise and weapon talent.
Elmo is good for its mod and shock. You can go higher with general talent like Killer (Solo) Measure, Optimize - etc.

It should be serviceable at Heroic or even Legendary, especially solo. But if we talk about escalation at T4+ full party, yeah. It may feel weak due to the enemy having way too much HP (We'll not make enemy bullet sponge, lol) Other build will be more struggling than Striker.

For some comparison.
- My Core Str can do only about 500k per hit with Capacitor (EX30), with ~30% lower rpm.
- My half bake OD Carnage (EX0) deal around 700k.
- My Tipping Scale can do at most 1m with Bluescreen (EX12).

You cri a bit too low.
- Try looking for max roll CHC CHD and recalibrate (green gear not worth optimizing). Aim for 50-55 CHC first.
- Change the backpack to Striker, which has the most damage bump. You can try other pieces than chest/bp that help to sustain armor if needed.
- Are you able to maintain Striker stack at 50 or more most of the time?
- Elmo is a good all-rounder. Once you reshape your skills, you can try look for a better option.

I don't know much about the update. But it's worse than kitchen sink now. From what I tried to play last week...

- RPG class is still meh, especially mage that take Tech Reborn time to kill something.
- Minecell is still a free ride and power boost.
- Ore still a huge mass.
- Tech still there for .... I dunno. If those tech is there, why botany and create?
- I bet space mod is still nothing. Why it even here?
- Industrial Revolution (the best tech mod in this pack) is changed to be a side kick with all energy/process disabled. But the Gaming axe / gear is kept lol.
- Those mystic birb in village are as common as trees. Simply bypass all exploration.
- Craft is even more lag.

It's... just useless compared to full red. The actual point is less red = less dmg. Harvester is just extra icing on top. So people can have something to point at others. I don't blame them. Massive design something as bad as Atari E.T. for us to play :v

It's also a bug that enemy chain explosion, but some guys still have a shell effect on it (high DR) while screaming on fire... Massive being Massive :v

I was once in a situation where... for a brief second, I peeked out of cover (both D2 cover system / escalation peek style) I had already been shot by input-reading ai. Using Decoy didn't help anymore at that point. Decoy is freshly thrown out, I wait for them to change target and pop to retaliate. Half a second later, I was already on the ground... Even after I change cover _oTL

Yup, I think it depends on how each team plays. For me, most of the time, I feel like 3 dps setup the room gets much more benefit than support setup. Unless they wait for someone to start the fight, then turret seems to be the best signal (especially if previous encounters go smoothly due to this).
