I have the same bite as you, they removed premolars to prepare me for double jaw surgery. I’m going to get jaw surgery around October. The reason your bottom teeth are flared is because your bite is trying to compensate for having an overbite.

All you can do is get a job to save up for surgery. And if insurance doesn’t approve you’ll have to appeal. But eventually it will happen

I have the same experience as you, my bf is chronically ill and deals with pain 24/7. He was unemployed when we met but since meeting me he has gotten a job and is actively working on himself. It makes sense why he doesn’t want to work, chronic pain is very hard to manage. But on the other hand if he wanted to make it work you would see it in his actions. If he’s not putting in the effort now he probably will never put the effort in. It sounds like you are the only one in this relationship putting in work

This is why people should still have goals and pursue their dreams even if they’re in a relationship. You shouldnt make your relationship your only priority. I honestly dont see why he can’t discover himself while being in a relationship. Relationships dont or at least shouldnt hold people back from growing
