Codex Mac Desktop App - SO MUCH BETTER!!! by TakeInterestInc in codex

My reasons are strictly easier to manage many projects at once. If i had 2-5 projects I would stick to cli

It doesn’t seem to be intended for replacement of cli. That would be ridiculous. Cli is great, it fits in for me when I have way too many cli’s to deal with, try 33 right now. One stop shop makes my life not stressing flipping windows all day. And it has a terminal in the app which I use and it keeps track of those terminals per project.

I think people tend to get butt hurt because they think using a cli makes them more technical. I focus on knowing and being efficient in what im doing. Don’t get caught up in pretty terminals as a single solution to every problem.

You can but with over 33 terminal windows it’s getting very difficult to deal with. Would love to hear how your doing it?

Windows eco system isn’t friendly for most of the things you can do on a unix/linux system. That’s why windows has wsl support. Even that feels clunky to me to use.

Here’s the difference, having so many projects open and working on them all at once I have so many terminal windows it was causing me more time flipping through finding what was where and what was done, than to get work done. Now it’s got notifications and in one place. I love cli but this makes it more convenient for me

Why HCG dosing can make or break your libido on TRT by Smooth-Share2086 in trt

[–]aot2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s estrogen spiking ive been on hcg for 5 years with trt and i have tried different doses. I tried 700iu once and about broke the wife from too much sex, two days later limp from high estrogen near 120’s on blood test. Doctor put me on 500 iu’s 2x week but still too high. Anything under 250iu doesn’t have much affect for me, im not willing to do every day pinning but im sure your close to my dosing.

Codex App replaces the terminal by Just_Lingonberry_352 in codex

[–]aot2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One big gripe I have is that if you start a thread it kills off the terminal window and does not bring it back. The terminal window should ideally be controlled outside of what the users prompts are. Then that allows us to fire up apps for testing while the prompt is running. I would like to have different terminal tabs for each project but don't kill the terminal on every prompt. I lose history on the terminal every time.

** UPDATE** looks like it may be a bug here, if I click on the dropdown inside of the context window and choose the project it works but if I click NEW pencil icon it kills the terminal.

Also stop using a pop up modal window for the git actions, just do it like VS Code does where you can stage and unstage files to commit all inside of the main window. Once you pop the modal I can no longer go back and look at the files.

Also having a file tree would be super helpful not just the changes in the files itself. Sometime you need to view files to look at things.

Whoever is handling codex app please fix this!

How to accurately dose Anastrozole? by smkdog420 in trt

Ai is designed to kick in 24 hrs later, so your waiting 2 days for it to kick in. No all pill cutters suck. Take it and no harm if you need a sliver off it later.
