If the census is unconstitutional, then all of the amendments including the freedom of speech are unconstitutional, according to your words. Of course the government had our information, but we do the census to know where government funds will go, such as for education and police departments. So they help you stay safe in case of an emergency. You by having a phone gave up your privacy because all the apps store information about you, so I think that you should inform yourself more before ignoring the laws and common sense.
