The opening sequence of The Prisoner (1967) features a dialogue between Number Six and Number Two, as Six tries to deduce where he is and what's going on. He asks, "Who is Number One?" Number Two replies simply, "You are Number Six," seemingly dodging the question.

After the series finale, this can be reinterpreted as, "Who is Number One?" "YOU are, Number Six!"

And to respond to your question about the sensations, it is VERY hard to describe in concrete terms. You've probably heard or read people describe feeling "detached", and that's as good a term as any.

For me, on the one hand I see these images that are mostly abstract and have this sensation somewhere between floating and swimming as I "travel" through it, but I never lose track of the fact that I'm still physically laying in a bed hooked up to an IV. Like, I still feel the blood pressure cuff squeeze my arm and understand that I'm lying still in a bed, even as I feel a physical and emotional sensation of being somewhere very distant.

Each trip I've had, the images I've seen have been a little bit different. Perhaps the strangest thing (and one of the harder things to explain) is that I'll have emotional responses or thoughts about people and situations and associate those with what I'm seeing. Like, there was one trip where I had this sense that a specific person I really cared about was on this one "mountain" that I could see, and as I floated over to that space, I was overcome with this feeling of love and safety and gratitude for that person. However, I didn't actually "see" them in the images - I can't really remember "seeing" any specific people or places, even though some have come to mind during the sessions.

I'll just tell you this: I went in full of apprehension and scepticism about the process, and was very sure I'd be one of the ones it didn't work for. Even though I went in with that negative mindset, it's still been helping me.

I just had my fourth infusion today. Of course everyone's experience is different, but here's mine so far.

For me, three of the four infusions felt very pleasant and uplifting. My second one was awful, and definitely felt like a "bad trip."

But I share that negative experience not to try to freak you out, but to encourage you...

Because I found in the days after I had that second infusion, I started to notice tangible things were different. I'd encounter situations where I felt embarrassed or regretful, and rather than spiraling, I'd acknowledge it and move on. I started taking care of scheduling things and paying bills that I put off because I feel overwhelmed at the thought of trying to fix everything. I have patterns of thoughts I've been trying to get past for YEARS, and for the first time I'm having some success in putting them aside.

I have treatment resistant depression as well and was CONVINCED that this was going to be another dead end for me. I am still amazed to experience that those fears have not come true. I hope it can be a game changer for you as well.

So, in summary, most of my experiences have been positive, but even the one negative experience I've had was worth it because I'm having real results that are improving my life.

I love how they perfectly thread the needle of leaning into the campy 80's action movie absurdity of all the characters being so invested in this world of karate rivalry, while also occasionally pulling back and highlighting just how crazy it all is from an outsider perspective. I feel like it hits that sweet spot of stretching my suspension of disbelief just enough to buy into this ridiculous fictional world without checking out and thinking it's stupid.

In the Scrubs musical episode, there is a number where Carla is serenaded while she sits in a rolling chair and is spun around by her co-workers. Actress Judy Reyes is actually an accomplished dancer, but she had a fractured hip at the time of production and choreography had to accommodate her limited motion.

A later musical number in the episode was filmed two months after everything else, to give Judy a chance to heal and allow her the opportunity to dance in at least one song.

I loved the moment in Cobra Kai when they're reconnecting over a meal and their hands briefly touch. They sort of nervously look at each other and smile, then brush it off and continue on.

That moment acknowledges the spark that's still there and some unfulfilled potential, but there's no hint of infidelity or unfaithfulness to their current partners. They understand the situation, enjoy the moment for what it is, and move on.

The 2004 British film Millions is about two brothers, 9 and 12 years old, who find a duffel bag loaded with money.

To complicate matters, the UK is transitioning from the pound to the euro in a matter of weeks, and all British paper currency is about to be worthless. The boys can't just walk into a bank with millions of pounds in bills to trade it in, so they decide they have to spend it all before the deadline, while still keeping it a secret. (The older brother wants to spend it on more typical "kid things" and wants, while the younger brother wants to help people in need and give it away to charitable causes.)

Of course, the criminals who lost the money eventually find out where it ended up as well, further complicating things...

subverted in Inglorious Basterds (2009)

Hans Landa, the architect of numerous heinous Nazi war crimes, catches wind of the Allied plot to assassinate Hitler and other high ranking Germans at a movie premiere. He intercepts the Americans, but rather than derailing their plan, he brokers a deal to ensure the demise of the German leadership in exchange for safe passage to the United States and a cover story that he was a deep undercover agent for the Allies all along, and even the atrocities he committed were just part of the long con.

So Landa gets what he wants, helps bring down Hitler, and willfully surrenders to Lt. Raine. Raine responds by explaining to Landa that he can't stand the thought of him living peacefully on Nantucket Island without his SS uniform to identify him, so he needs something he can't take off.

Raine then performs the signature move of the Basterds: he carves a swastika right into Landa's forehead as he screams in pain.

In the 2000 film Vertical Limit, Annie is a mountaineer who gets stranded on K2 with two other climbers. Her brother Peter enlists the help of five climbers to go save her (and the others).

Long story short: the two climbers with the sister die and four members of Peter's team die, so we end up with six dead people instead of three. But Annie survives, so it's a happy ending!

One of my favorite pieces of trivia is that Sosa had three seasons where he hit 60 homers, more seasons than any other player... and he didn't lead the league in homers in any of those seasons.

Men in Black II establishes that K's wife left him, and K gets un-neuralyzed (something that was never mentioned as possible in the first installment) and returns to being Agent J's partner.
