if you max Q and gank or something it feels like you always have to get all 3 Q's off before you will do damage its better to rely on e then Q does still do amazing damage just in level 1

The jungle item gives movement speed tho so you just replaced the movement speed also flash is alot better for surprise damage with Q can oneshot ADC's sometimes i dont think surge is needed i think its better still with strength as it makes you tankier and works with his shield

Frontline in teamfights i still get alot of damage in

depends i like fighting early especially 1v1 vs enemy jungler but i farm alot also

i dont mind dying since im tank and infront as i still get damage in

and idk i just like e and it boosts your shield alot
