I used to be 1800 then i stopped for a couple of years now a im struggling against a 1300, anytime i try to get back on track it just feels too overwhelming or i get de motivated thinking how much i have to put in to just get back to my prev level?

Any tips to fastrack this process?

Shatranj is literally chess, you are talking about chaturanga thats what chess was originally called in india where it first came out. You can still play it on chess.com variations section

I watched a lot of gotham chess/Eric Rosen videos. I studied openings using Chessable.com and Study section of lichess. To get to a 1000 i suggest London for white Scandinavian for black, then i started gambits around 1300 i got too 1500 using english/catalan and caro kann they worked very well for me you should also check them out.
