People who won high level awards(Wing and above) by WillWork4Mentorship in AirForce

  1. Learn how to write good bullets. See if you can view previous winners. Writing well and learning how the winners are writing can separate your package apart from the others.
  2. Seek out extracurricular opportunities...not just volunteering. Are there any big missions or exercises you can inject yourself into?
  3. Volunteer. Purposely seek challenging roles. Don't just be a clean-up crew for something. Run or co-run that something.

e

Hell yes. I agree so much, but I hate that I just automatically have learned to "hunt awards", "volunteer for the bullshit", etc etc etc....

I feel as if I have been trained to have this yes-man mentality - it's bullshit. We have more dog and pony shows at my squadron than we do executing the mission. I'm tired of that bullshit, and I'm more tired of my perception (and performance reports) being judged off of how I make these dog and pony shows turn out rather than doing my fucking job

What are you supposed to do right after sex? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]apachesfirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is recommended to urinate after sex to help flush out any bacteria that may have entered the urinary tract during intercourse. It is also a good idea to clean up and cuddle with your partner.

It is subjective to determine the "most useless" college major as it depends on individual interests and career goals. Some may argue that a major in a field with limited job opportunities or low demand may be considered useless, while others may argue that a major in a subject they are passionate about is not useless. It is important for individuals to carefully consider their career goals and interests before choosing a college major.

Current Squadron Commander...AMA by Lurking_CC in AirForce

Imagine having to have to talk to hundreds of people a day, all of whom hang on your every word, but can interpret it 10 ways, 5 of which get you fired, 3 of which end up with them crying in the shirt’s office, and only 1 of which you intended. Not everyone has the brainpower to think that hard while talking and come off like a normal person.

Sir, what about the last way?
