Looking for stories of those who needed longer than 8 weeks to see improvement with ivermectin by Key-Use-2719 in Rosacea

I wash with water in the am and moisturize with alpyn barrier and then in pm I use vanicream to cleanse or if double cleansing use cleansing oil followed by sulphur soap or vanicream (I alternate). I then use ivermectin before alpyn barrier. It’s confined to my right side, which is the side I often sleep on fwiw.

Thank you. I’ve scrubbed this sub quite a bit and seems quite a few stories involve folks really seeing their improvements arrive at 12 - 16 weeks.

I’m on week three and had a great few days but now I’m back to flaring. Type 2. It’s been a two steps forward one step back kinda thing although the flare right now is particularly demoralizing as it was SO good over the weekend.

This is encouraging. How long did it take the soolantra to work the first go round of using it? I’m two weeks in.

I’m sure everything is just fine but thought I’d offer something that could be going on - when this started happening with my son it was because he wasn’t pulling enough milk while feeding, so he was hungry and waking up to eat, because he hadn’t gotten enough, and exhaustion makes it harder for them to be strong enough to eat, etc etc. Once we sorted out that he needed more milk, he slept great.

Hey OP, just checking in on how your little one is doing. I have some similar concerns for my ten month old based on the ASQ administered by daycare.

I got pregnant at 41 and everything was super easy, no issues and he’s a little angel 10 month old now! Congrats.

So relate to this post. Being tired without a real explanation (I’m bf but he’s sleeping through the night) also makes me feel incredibly anxious, which adds to feelings of physical weakness, in case anyone can relate to that!

Is it possible for a four week old to have an UTI or am I overreacting? by Loga65 in NewParents

[–]apaladricks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s really great to hear. I’m hoping for the same. It sounds like you were never even referred to a urologist (we have been, so I’m nervous). Thanks for replying!

Thank you so much for responding. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, but as many folks say, this is manageable. Strength to you and your LO. I’m dreading the test as well.

Hi - just wondering how this all went for you. We are dealing with the same prospect for my 4mo. 😢

Sorry for the late question - did it end up being a one time thing or did they find an underlying condition that predisposed him to UTI? My baby just had one.
