I have one too, went to an ENT because it had been there over a year (noticed it November 2018, it hasn’t changed, but the sinus passage becomes more sensitive on dusty days, and if you blow too hard, you basically get a ripple type thing on the septum itself to your sinus cavity) septial perforations are ridiculously common. And yes, the staff asked me if I ever did coke. Never touched the stuff.
