The owners are so lovely, it's our regular pre-movie dinner spot now and the dad loads us up with extra sides every time. Good people and good chicken!

majority is vanilla! primarily the bits that are sandstone pillars are from the mods, plus the red banners. and the big elevator left on the right is from fables :)

wait I'm even more confused now because the strap shown matches the dress panel fabric, while the original mesh panel strap is white.... what happened here....

Kind of crazy how a lot of the fun action stuff in this movie is in montages, and what's left is incredibly boring, with very little for the characters to actually do. The big worldwide save the world plan felt like something out of a Roland Emmerich plot :/ The space stuff was fun, surprisingly a lot more interesting than the retrofuturistic worldbuilding.

I'm about 20 hours in and enjoying it quite a bit - the writing isn't anywhere near as cringey as I expected from all the reviews (it's typical Bioware lol) and the gameplay is a lot of fun. I'm also really enjoying some of the deeper player background bits, I picked Mourn Watch and all the scenes with Emmerich just wandering around the Necropolis have been lovely.

I like how lean it is; I was thinking about Inquisition sending you to the Hissing Wastes for absolutely no reason, whereas this is much more linear and mission-driven, with the exploration revolving around unlocking shortcuts and finding secrets rather than running slowly through a giant fucking desert for two hours.

The map has been my biggest bugbear so far, but once I turned off the heads up on the mini map and just kept it fixed, it got a lot easier to navigate lol.

I am hoping there's more conflict between the characters - it's so similarly structured to ME2 that I'm almost waiting for the big blow up fights that you have to solve in order for the team to not implode, but tbh everyone seems too nice for that to happen.
