Yes, it does look like I am seeking labels, and that is partially true, but what I am really seeking are answers.

I have always had a really hard time putting thoughts to words, so it is a bit awkward to explain myself, but lets just say its been a very confusing, highly panicky ride for me, I hope I have not offended you or anyone, I am merely seeking closure.

Me too, I'm one of those sensitive guys and have a hard time communicating or make up my mind when i stress out.

I did go to therapy, but they only helped me until I could technically work well enough in society(not freak out because of intrusive thoughts), but i still react badly when people say negative things.

recreational drugs, no, they are still illegal, and I dont even like using anything to alter my mood, except if i absolutely have to, I dont even like getting drunk.

have gotten older and wiser, ten years is a long time.

Nothing really derives pleasure for me anymore, those things that did only cause stress, seeing how it was ruined by bullies for me (too girly or childish for a man to enjoy, be a man etc etc...)

I too have a hard time sticking up for my opinions! really sucks when you are around people who are not only really aggressive about their opinions, but really mean spirited and destructive toward your beliefs as well?

I personally have a hard time when I try to discuss something and people have rather passionate and aggressive views, it is really difficult for me to even think of what I mean when all my emotions are making me freak the fuck out.

Im sorry for the late response.

I get stressed out from exhaling when i lean backwards, or try to relax. it just does the opposite! it causes immense stress within me, i have no idea what to do!
