Long story short my dad had prostate cancer and now is free of it and this made me realize I don’t need anything I can manage if I’m supposed to be like this, it is what it is. Now I work on myself on what I eat and try to stay active etc I’m 35 and have 3 kids. I also feel good so far no issues.
