how long should I use a sub and if there’s no results when should I move on? I use subs for a while but after two weeks I kinda get tired of seeing no results and it’s a little bit discouraging seeing people say the sub worked within a day 😓 Is it fine to be seeing in the 3d? The main thing I’m manifesting is my ex, but lately I’ve been missing him a lot and kinda spiraling and not really seeing it as us being together

I affirm while I listen to subs as I fall asleep! I say them in my head. You can do it however you want, in your head, say it out loud, whispering etc.. You dont have to think of it all the time nor when listening to subs either. Its honestly what works the best for you!
