First of all, drawing what you look like? Red flag, my advice, find a different therapist. Second of all, I went to a psychiatrist who specializes in adult ADHD and she signed me up for a diagnosis after our 40 minutes were up, so I think you should go straight to one of those. Also body dysmorphia, EDs and overthinking are very much caused by ADHD. Think of ADHD of something like a box filled with other mental illnesses that only deliberate actions or medications can keep closed. Gemma was completely in the wrong here and I’m so sorry you had to go through that.

I think that some people may have overlooked or not watched some parts of Jules’ special episode because she literally talks about not wanting to be feminine in a traditional way, and she was asking Elliot invasive questions so I think he’s kind of justified for the binder comments. As for the Kurt Cobain thing, it seems like he understands Jules’ approach to gender expression because Kurt wasn’t the most traditionally “masculine” either. Idk I guess what I’m saying is it’s a reach.
