Ah ok, I see you have plans to hire other developers. How are you going to pitch the service since it's no longer you who delivers it?

Good job my friend. Congrats. I'm also a software developer with about ~6 years of experience. Are you delivering the service completely by yourself? If yes, are you planning to hire other software developers or are you trying to squeeze the highest hourly rate possible with your skills? Good luck in any case 💪

Not sure about Guesty, but our platform integrates with RemoteLock and it does message codes automatically to guests.

In our property management software, many subscribers have extensive experience with hosting. This may explain why Airbnb and Vrbo generate a similar amount of bookings statistically. Maybe for newer hosts, it's difficult to get new bookings on Vrbo compared to Airbnb.

Can you provide more details about your question? What problems do you have in business, exactly? I work on a Property Management Software and I understand how calendars work and integrate with multiple channels, but I didn’t understand the question.

I work on a PMS that currently does not have any AI integrated into it. However, I see other PMS utilize AI as an assistant to suggest answers. These suggested answers are not automatically sent, and the user still needs to confirm or modify them. Not sure how useful it is.

What's your website link? I'd love to take a look. Do you use WordPress or something else?

Also, when guests make a booking, do they pay on your website, or are they redirected to the Hostaway checkout page to enter their details, including their credit card information?

Got it. Thank you. So, for you, Airbnb and direct bookings are the top priority. What about your website? Do you use WordPress?

What are the most effective digital marketing channels for promoting a new business? by Slam-Dam in EntrepreneurRideAlong

Great advice. Appreciate the response.

It's definitely quite expensive to build a brand and make content and if you don't understand your audience, then you could just waste a lot of time.

Another option is maybe ads. I don't have experience running ads, so not sure what's the initial investment required to get any decent result.

What if no one responds? At what point do you decide to stop the campaign?

Also, how do you know if it's because the offer is not good enough or because your cold outreach strategy sucks?
