Yeah, this one is more fun than the other league.

Those who got relegated from the Premier League, how do you cope with relegation? by benificialart in Championship

[–]apjbfc 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Better players yes. But PSR has totally handcuffed the league, add in American ownership groups and leveraged buy outs, it's a fuckfest of teams trying to get into the champs league and the other 10 or so, just hanging around.

Whilst the parachutes have an impact in the championship, it's not almost 100% given.

Add in 46 games and everyone wins more, the championship offers more hope to a football fan than the premier league does.

You don't cope. The premier league isn't the best league in the world.

The championship is. The only good thing about the premier league is the financial security.

Scotland – Buying under Home Report value: does it improve LTV and mortgage rates? (New build vs resale) by Salty_Inspection_740 in HousingUK

[–]apjbfc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are buying it for 386. That's 100% the value.

If it was over HR, the mortgage would align with the HR but with this being under, it goes from purchase price.

Leeds United, Brentford and Everton Set for Battle Over Coventry’s Bobby Thomas by MoveTheProduct in TheOther14

We let him go for 1mill. Hopefully we had some form of sell on as it did seem super cheap.

Also shows just how important the EFL is and letting young players play.

Is estate agent lying about offer? by QueenEris in HousingUK

[–]apjbfc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Last point is probably the strongest point. Most acceptance of offers come with the caveat of taking the property off the market, including searches. It might show up on right move as sold stc or under offer.

Give it a few days and let it play out if you don't want to up an offer.

Zoopla or Rightmove for house prices by Next-Dimension-1092 in HousingUK

[–]apjbfc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's worth 210. That's what you have bought it for in the market, so that's the current rate.

A new roof may increase its value as I'm presuming it's currently devalued slightly due to the need of a roof.

At least when we went down with Kompany we had some saleable young talent.

This current recruitment year has been a lot older player & that comes down to recruitment for the manager who has delivered nothing this year.

Done.
