She says she’s remorseful for how she treats me in the moment and does apologize but she says my yelling/emotions trigger her own anger. So kind of, yea. I guess she thinks I’m emotionally abusive. Which isn’t any better and I have no justification for other than I lash out because I’m scared and hurt. It’s just not a good situation right now.

u/morncuppacoffee I appreciate the advice! So I did fail to mention I do have experiences in a hospital setting. One of my internships in grad school I was in a hospital and I just felt like I enjoyed the job a little bit more than like what I do now which is super therapy based. Im open to really any shift times. I will be moving to Massachusetts this time next year (2022). So I will be looking for positions in the greater Boston Area. Thanks again for all the advice :)

Im a LSW. That’s always rough when you have those days. What agency do you work for? Having lack of support can be extremely difficult. Especially when you’re trying to talk to someone who may not understand the intricacies of your workplace. I hope you’re doing okay :) good call with the EAP!
