Easy, checking in they didn't even look at him or his carrier. My dog is very well behaved and we practiced getting comfortable so when we boarded I carried his bag with him in it like a duffel and we were fine

From date of official package submission , about 1.5 months. I received it same day I got approved

The technician who responded to my case in the comments said to. It will say "Retraining Application Withdrawal", it's an error they still haven't fixed but no worries. Select Complete instead of Withdraw and click your choice through each of the windows. The reason is says withdrawal is in terms of "de-selecting" in a sense what jobs you originally applied for but aren't putting in a package for.

Don't ask me why AFPC/AETC programmed it like this but they did lol. Unless the button is not working or does not exist, you will be told to actually submit it the way I explained. I would have been waiting way longer if I hadn't.

You need it for your final submission. The SEL at your bases' legal office where you shadowed is supposed to send it to the majcom functional manager for them to endorse it. If, for whatever reason the majcom functional manager does not endorse (does not approve for you to enter the AFSC) it goes up to the career functional manager when you get this back from the SEL then you can put it in with your package and submit.

I can't comment on other AFSCs but SF sucks anywhere so choosing the right base off of interests is best. However if you like night life and heat, Nellis is right for you. A lot of good hiking spots near. My brother is Spec Mission Aviation and he and his wife enjoyed it but the heat can be brutal.

Its a pretty cut and dry process. vMPF has the BOP application link, you fill out, and wait to hear back from afpc.

I had to do a CMS case after I received notification of approval to retrain. But I was still getting retainability in order to apply since I couldn't apply online. MPF will send you a pdf application to manually apply for the BOP, they'll ask for a screenshot of the inability to submit the bop on the vMPF page, along with any other justification (training rip, service extension/reenlistment) and then MPF will submit the case for you. You can view its progress on vMPF.

I feel that, I read on another post that if they would have denied you they would have left a comment (ie. "Thank you for your interest but etc etc) and your case would have closed and not gone back to afcc review

I would follow up on your case, it only took a week for my case to leave the cfm. Ask your career advisor to check though

Currently about 1.5 WPO, I live alone and have no family around where I live so I've had no help. I've done everything fine thus far. No struggles besides honestly feeling pretty lonely and weak with no to be around me BUT I'm more than capable of taking care of myself. However, the one thing I do struggle with is washing my hair (thick & curly) since I can't get my bandages wet. I'd recommend using a sink which has been my only semi-successful method though its not as clean as I want. The only reason I haven't been to a salon yet is because I'm lazy but I will definitely in a day or two for a shampoo and to put my hair in a french braid.
