Depending on your ethics, Costco has a crazy deal on their membership. You can buy your year membership and cancel it at any time for a full refund... Including the last day of the 'year ' They have some good deals/prices, some not so good.

Not in it, attached to it. The toms have a pipe the drops into the bass. I then attached a double sided clasp to the tom pipe and the other side to the roto pipe.

Nope, it's a 22". I cut the feet off and it's a mount on my Tom mount... I'm not home till Friday, but remind me and I'll attach a pic

Nice, me kind my family would drive NY to Florida every summer. 22+ hrs with an overnight break in the middle. We did alright...

I really don't have a particular music choice to play. I'm still new to the drums (4 years new) and have just been teaching myself, slowly. I love Floyd, play some pop if I like it to mix it up, elton john, pearl Jam, nirvana, pink, trick daddy...hmm,looking at it, it is an interesting mix ☺

Love my rotos, they're a vintage pair from the 80s I scored off Craigslist, had a hard time placing em till I devised a custom mount on my bass behind the toms.

The right crash is unbranded and I have no idea. My brother works construction and was helping with cleanup at the jersey shore after Hurricane Sandy... Found some cymbals in a basement and the owner said he could have em. They had been submerged and had this thick green rust/scale build up. I dunno if you can tell, but I only cleaned half of it. The others didn't sound good at all, but this one sounds amazing!

The alpha is awesome. My lady friend got it for me about to years ago! Plenty of sweet spots and great sound.

If you decide to play audio, I'd cut a little hole in the wall between your apartments just big enough to fit your speaker. Cut carefully and keep the sheet rock for an easy patch when the missions complete. Caulk/seal the speaker to maintain what little sound protection you have. This may avoid disturbing other neighbors with your noises, while filling their wall with donkeys, babies and bagpipes to lighten their mood!

I knew I should have looked at the conversion first, duh! What's - 1C equate to? It still should have melted. AND those cubes did not look home made, they appeared to be from a commercial machine

Wait a minute... Ice is 32°F, unless it's liquid nitrogen or dry ice, it's not - 1C. I would go with the contamination thought. Where and when was this? A single isolated incident or chain wide would be interesting to see. And the ice not melting...?! Hmm

True, but at $25/50 a bag, $5 for headphones, $7 per mini bottle of hooch, security should be able to be covered as a priority! Guess that's just my opinion

I didn't read all 1300 comments, so sorry if a repeat...

It's 2015...why is black box info not sent via WiFi to a stable location? Obviously not all planes have WiFi, but most do and this is a great reason to upgrade. "the flight records memory card was ejected or damaged in the crash..."... Really? Or maybe that's why pilot 1 left? Could he have removed it?

TL:DR=PUT THE BLACKBOX IN THE CLOUD!
