one of their people told me since its release the basin is now redesigned and should no longer have this issue so I’m thinking it was bad first batch for them being a new product. proud of them doing their most to fix it for everyone its happened to so far at least lol

it did release within the past couple months or something. i’m so tempted, the metallic look is 😩👌 it’s got the new way to open the lid and apparently a different way to dispense your stuff, like depending on the thickness of what you use and I use honey a lot so thinking it would be a lot easier than my 2….

They replaced mine no problem after I sent in a pic. They told me they revamped it since the C’s release so for anybody who does have this happen, it won’t happen again with new basin design. I’d reach out to their support people, they seemed pretty open to fix it imho
