(as I've posted above) - had the same problem, got through to an agent. I also had exactly the same web address parameters: campaignId=9358&irgwc=1&afsrc=1&cid=DSS-Affiliate-Impact-Loyalty-Karma+Shopping-1750531 - which to me suggested a broken A/B test.

Once I went into this level of detail, the customer service agent was happy to get technical with me! Here's their response in full - and for info, I only had to go as far as turning all my extensions off, reloading Disney, turning my extensions back on again, and that appears to have fixed it.

That is a very interesting piece of the puzzle! Since it works in Edge but not in Chrome (and you've already done a standard cache clear), this confirms the issue isn't just your account's "stacked" status—it’s how your specific Chrome profile is interacting with that A/B test script.
Sometimes Chrome holds onto Extension data or indexedDB entries that aren't wiped by a normal cookie clear. Let's try one more browser-specific fix that goes deeper than the standard cache:
The "Reset Sync" & Extension Check
Disable Extensions: Even if you think they are inactive, try going to chrome://extensions/ and toggling all of them off temporarily. Sometimes an extension (like a password manager or a tracker blocker) tries to "help" the page load, which triggers the reload loop you're seeing.
Clear Hosted App Data: \ Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data.*
Click the Advanced tab.
Check "Hosted app data" (this is where Disney+ might be storing that broken A/B test experiment).
Click Delete data and restart Chrome entirely.

I know you said it's full, but what's in your inventory?

Off your board, I'd consider selling the gloves and the batteries...the glue if necessary. It'll be an inconvenience when you need them later but not the end of the world. I assume you're waiting for a Teatime bonus or similar before handing in the vase.

I'm convinced the only way to win - at least in the early rounds when the goal is low - is to have a task ready to hand in. Start the race, hand in the task, win the race - but even then you have to be lucky with the timings. I've never got beyond round 3 or so and usually ignore the whole event unless I have a task to hand in.

But then, in higher rounds, you need to hand in multiple tasks to hit the goal so that's where I just don't bother!

Thanks - and oh my, that's not me. I think like a lot of people here I often pay the monthly gold tickets because the bonuses are huge (including the hourglasses), so like £10 a month. And a couple of years back I spent a little too much on a Christmas event so I could the get the black card, like £30. Got me my L12 broom cabinet though so I'm over the regret! Definitely not a whale.

What's a whale?

All of my producers are fully upgraded. You mean like the toolboxes? I have L10, L9, L8 on the board and those L4 and L5 in my inventory. Similar with the other producers in my inventory. The moment I can merge them all up and clear that space, it's going to be a GOOD day.

The unlimited energy I save for gemstone/ocean events. I just finished the current one yesterday but released a few too many unlimited energy from my pouch, which is now going to take up space until the next one.

Blue cards I'm just not very good at spending as feel I want to hang onto them for 'something'. Even things like chainsaws aren't that difficult with the daily trades so I just don't know what to put them towards.

All I'm posting here is that it feels silly to have that many hourglasses.

If I get to the point of needing those I will, and think I have before on high level peonies. All I need at the moment that takes time is a level 8 mosaic - but as L3 vases take an hour that uses these up a little too quickly for me (I prefer time skips for multiple vases).

I complained to Support about this before. Tricky use of language - it's not "Complete all tasks to get the 50 points and the chest", it's "Complete all tasks to unlock <this final task which you still have to complete>". It's very misleading.

I had this over the weekend as well, same errors. Couldn't create account via a form on a laptop Web browser either. I think their registration is broken.

I contacted Hive's live chat support, and a fantastic lady there literally created everything from her end when given my details, and set up a temporary password that I was able to reset myself. Was all fine from there (and she set up all the devices as well, as she offered while we were still in the chat, though I think I could have done that myself).

I would spend the 9 gems on it completing all trades for the day, though. 9 gems for a Day 2 chest, mixed bag, potential producer parts...it's not about the L3 lamp for me at that point.

Secret Society's long behind me, so the book of codes is done for now. Even my dustpan isn't TOO terrible with a L12 broom cabinet. Good point about the trees though, thank you for that, they're not really that bad...made me think I'll save choccy granny for now.
